Her role focuses on building scalable people and administrative processes that support the firm's continued growth and operational excellence.

Aggie brings more than 15 years of experience in workforce development, team leadership, and organizational support, with a strong background in managing people, designing training programs, and building high-performing teams. Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and operational efficiency, enabling organizations to strengthen internal culture and execute effectively against strategic priorities.

Earlier in her career, Aggie worked extensively in training and mentoring professionals while maintaining strong relationships with educational and professional development programs. Her experience across leadership, administration, and workforce development continues to inform her people-first, execution-driven approach to organizational support and team management.

Aggie holds degrees from Gloucester County Institute of Technology and Walnut Hill College.
