Mike Palladino, MBA

As Chief Operating Officer, Mike Palladino is responsible for overseeing firmwide operational strategy, execution, and infrastructure across the organization. He leads the design, implementation, and governance of scalable operating frameworks, ensuring seamless integration of business operations, compliance, risk management, and client delivery within a highly regulated investment distribution environment. His role focuses on aligning strategy to execution, embedding modern operating models, and driving operational excellence in support of the firm's long-term strategic objectives.

Michael brings more than 20 years of experience as a strategic advisor, transformation leader, and international keynote speaker, with a track record of helping organizations translate complex strategy into measurable outcomes. He has deep expertise in enterprise agility, operational design, and large-scale transformation, with particular strength in integrating emerging technologies such as AI into practical, business-first solutions. His leadership emphasizes clarity, accountability, and adaptability, enabling organizations to scale effectively while maintaining strong governance and performance standards.

Most recently, Michael served as Director of Enterprise Agility at Bristol Myers Squibb, where he partnered with senior executives, including the Chief of Staff to the CEO, to advance enterprise-level strategic initiatives. He advised leadership on scaling agility, aligning transformation efforts with corporate strategy, and navigating complex organizational change across a global enterprise environment.

Earlier in his career, Michael served as both CFO and CIO of Personal Eyes, where he combined financial leadership, technology strategy, and operational improvement to enhance business performance. This experience continues to inform his pragmatic, execution-focused approach to leadership and operations.

In addition to his industry work, Michael is an adjunct professor at Columbia University and Villanova University, where he designs and teaches graduate-level courses in Agile, leadership, and project management. He is a PMI Authorized Training Partner instructor and Past President of PMI-DVC. A published author and frequent podcast guest, he writes and speaks on AI, transformation, leadership, and communication, and has delivered keynotes and advisory sessions across multiple countries and U.S. states.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Drexel University and an Executive MBA from Villanova University.
